The National Gallery of Ireland occupies a series of historic buildings on Merrion Square that were constructed over a period of 150 years and have been undergoing periodic renovations.
In June 2017 the National Gallery of Ireland in Dublin reopened to the public following a period of extensive refurbishment and modernisation of its historic wings on Merrion Square.
This multimillion-euro refurbishment project has been carried out by the Office of Public Works’ Project Management Services, with architects Heneghan Peng as the Design Team Leaders. Kendrick Industrial Coatings Ltd. came on board with Main contractors in Phase 3 to complete the finishes. Our work was well received as these images can atest to.
